Abstract submission

A one-page abstract, comprehensive of one figure (optional but recommended) and all relevant references, must be sent to euromech625@uniud.it .

Please use the WORD TEMPLATE or the LATEX TEMPLATE to prepare your abstract.

Important dates

Deadline for abstract submission : March 25, 2022

Notification of abstract acceptance : March 31, 2022

Early Bird Registration: from April 1, 2022 until May 13, 2022

Late Registration: from May 14, 2022 until June 17, 2022

(*) Students must have not discussed their thesis by the Colloquium start date (June 20, 2022).

These fees include VAT and are intended for EUROMECH members.
Membership to EUROMECH is mandatory.
Non-members are requested to pay at least the 1-year EUROMECH membership (the membership costs: 30€ for 1 year or 150€ for 5 years).

Important for non-members : the EUROMECH membership fee must be added to the conference fee item to complete the registration successfully.

The registration fee for in-person speakers/attendess also includes:

Stationery and other conference material
Coffee and Tea Breaks
Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner

The registration fee for the online speakers also includes:

Electronic version of the Book of Abstract
Access to live streaming of the talks
Post-conference access to recorded talks
Note: Online speakers (unable to attend in person) are asked to send a pre-recorded video of their talk: The video will then be shown to in-person attendees during the conference

Cancellation policy

The registration of participation is binding. Cancellation must be made in writing to euromech625@uniud.it by May 20, 2022. By this date, the registration fees will be fully reimbursed. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after May 20, 2022.

Similarly, it is possible to switch from "in-person" to "online" modality until June 1st, 2022.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
